• How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the order status by logging into your account – under the "Your Orders" section.
We also inform you via email at every stage.

• Where can I find the invoice?
The invoice is included in the package with the goods. Upon request, we can also send it via email.

• Will I receive a 23% VAT invoice with my purchase?
When purchasing from our company, you will receive a 23% VAT invoice unless you qualify for exemptions under the VAT Act (exemptions for schools or reverse charge).

• What should I do if there is an error on my invoice?
In the case of incorrect buyer details on the VAT invoice, please issue us a correction note – you can send it by post or email. Make sure to provide the correct details and the number of the original invoice.

• To what extent is hardware modification possible before purchase?
For desktop computers and laptops:

  • Expanding RAM,
  • Changing the hard drive,
  • Installing a different operating system,
  • Adding additional components like a modem, graphics card, extra hard drive, drive, etc.
    The scope of possible modifications depends on the capabilities of the specific product.

• What is the repair time for a device?
The maximum repair time is 30 business days; however, we complete most repairs within a week.
If it is not possible to meet the service deadline, the Seller will contact the Customer by phone, email, or post at least two days before the deadline to provide reasons for extending the repair time and a new extended service deadline. This situation may occur only if extremely hard-to-find parts (often sourced from abroad) are necessary for the repair.

• How can I report a hardware failure?
Send an email to sklep@xlap24.pl with a description of the situation. In the message, please describe the symptoms of the defect, the circumstances of its occurrence, and provide the address details from which the courier should pick up the package (for goods covered by Door 2 Door warranty).

• How can I request to return a product?
