Order Fulfillment Time

Every product, when paid via bank transfer or online payment, is shipped immediately after the funds are credited to our account.

Shipments are delivered by courier companies – delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment, and the recipient's address. It usually takes 1-2 business days. Details regarding delivery times can be found in the "Delivery Time and Costs" section. From our side, we guarantee shipment of the goods no later than within 1 business day (after the payment is credited).

Note! When paying via online transfer, the delivery time is extended by the transfer processing time, and in the case of installment payments – by the time needed to prepare and sign the installment agreement.

If you choose InPost Parcel Lockers for order collection, your shipment will be placed in the selected Parcel Locker within a few (usually 1-2) business days from the time of dispatch.
