Filing a Complaint

To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

  1. Complaint Form

Fill out the complaint form and include it with the shipment. The document should include the following information: full name, email address or correspondence address, phone number, product number, reason for the complaint, purchase date, and date when the defect occurred.   1. Return the Product

When filing a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the invoice/receipt.

Note! If the product is covered by Door 2 Door (D2D) warranty, do not send it to us on your own. Contact our store via phone or email, and we will send a courier to pick up the product.
