Delivery Time and Costs

Your ordered goods are shipped via DPD and Inpost courier services. We offer deliveries both within Poland and abroad. You can also pick up your order personally at our warehouse at Leszno, ul. Leśna 1, 64-100, after prior phone or email contact.

Cost

All shipments made by our company are FREE for orders over 200 PLN.
For orders below 200 PLN, the current delivery charges are visible in the cart.

Package Pickup

If you notice any damage to the packaging, please check the completeness and condition of the received goods in the presence of the courier.

In case of any deficiencies or damage, a damage report must be made (this is the only basis for accepting complaints about damaged or incomplete goods). Shipments usually reach the recipient on the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery Time

The total order fulfillment time (including delivery) is 1 to 2 business days if the product is in stock. In other cases, please contact our store.
